1. Situation

Lolypunto is a brand created by two sisters who are passionate about creativity and crafts. During the pandemic, they started by selling small embroidery kits and quickly realized they could also share their knowledge through workshops. Today, Lolypunto runs an e-commerce store that sells embroidery kits and accessories, and has built an active community of women who are passionate about embroidery and creativity.

In our analysis of Lolypunto, we discovered a brand personality rooted in creativity and hands-on craftsmanship. Their offering was not just about selling products, but also about teaching and sharing knowledge. That’s why we’ve supported them in defining a visual, graphic, and photographic language that aligns with the brand’s natural, spontaneous, and friendly essence. We’ve been part of the creation of packaging, content, and e-commerce strategy for this fascinating brand.

3. Strategy

We developed a brand identity that reflects the fun, creativity, and energy of Caro and Dani. Little by little, we’ve been strengthening the brand’s strategy across different digital channels—consolidating their database, enhancing direct communication with students who have already attended workshops, creating attractive content that goes far beyond transactions, and building a product offering aligned with the brand. Through e-commerce, we’ve helped expand and bring the Loly & Punto experience into people’s homes.
